How do I book a service?
Use the Book a service button to open our ARI booking page. You can also call or email the workshop to discuss your vehicle and arrange a visit.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your service book if you have one and tell us about any warning lights, unusual noises or changes in how the car drives. Mention your vehicle’s make, model and mileage when booking.
Can I ask about a repair before booking?
Yes. Call us or use the contact form to describe the problem. We may need to inspect your vehicle before confirming the work and price.
Where is the workshop?
You’ll find Automediks at Unit 4, 11 Lancaster Street, Ingleburn NSW 2565. Use the directions link on our Contact page to plan your visit.
Do you offer logbook servicing?
We welcome logbook servicing enquiries. Contact the workshop with your vehicle details and service requirements so we can confirm what is needed.
